Bok Kiluyak is a member of One Nation's military, currently serving within the Strategic Command as system defence specialist with focus on planetary defences. Kiluyak began his career in Morobe as a member of Aurora Technologies, where he worked alongside Lord Blackrain to transfer assets and operations to Permanent Solutions before executive control of the manufacturing company was relinquished to the Galactic Empire. During his career in Permanent Solutions, Kiluyak was part of the security team that apprehended Sirius Constantine during Operation Red Wedding in Year 15.

In Year 18 Kiluyak joined Tion Hegemony alongside most of the Permanent Solution's employees. He was assigned to the 3rd Fleet with the rank of Battle Star Captain. Kiluyak remained in Tion Hegemony when One Nation declared sovereignty in Year 21. He was transferred to the 1st Fleet as Star Colonel, and reached the rank of Commodore in Year 23, earning multiple decorations during his career.

Kiluyak resigned from Tion Hegemony in Year 24 and returned to Morobe where he continues his military career.
