Permanent Solutions (PS) was a mercenary company charged with the security of the Morobe system from Year 16. After the discovery and colonisation of the the system in Year 14 the need for a dedicated security company became apparent as the system developed and the population grew. Permanent Solutions was the first de facto government of the system, not only protecting operations of corporate businesses, but also providing law enforcement and other necessary infrastructure for the planets' residents. The company was integrated into Tion Hegemony in Year 18 on Day 318 and renamed to Tion Defense Division, serving as the government's 3rd Fleet.
