Reese Beoulve (born Year -8) is a career fighter pilot and Squadron Commander in One Nation's Navy. Beoulve began his military career in the Galactic Empire in Year 12, graduating with honours and quickly establishing a reputation as a skilled fighter pilot. During his Imperial Service, Beoulve impressed his chain of command, including Lord Admiral Blackrain, and earned a number of awards for his performance. In Year 13, Command Flight Sergeant Beoulve retired from Imperial service, following the naval officers that banded together in Aurora Technologies. Beoulve was essential to the company's military operations, where he proved himself time and time again as an exceptional pilot.

Beoulve was involved in Operation Edelweiss in Year 14, playing a vital part in securing the system for colonisation. Since then, Beoulve continues to serve as a pilot in defence of the system, including service in Permanent Solutions and Tion Hegemony. Within One Nation, Beoulve is considered to be one of the best fighter pilots and has passed on his expertise to many aspiring pilots in the Starfighter Warfare & Tactics Academy.
