Permanent Solutions was a mercenary company and the corporate authority of the Morobe system from Year 16. After the discovery and colonisation of the the system in Year 14 the need for a dedicated security company became apparent as the system developed and the population grew. Permanent Solutions was the first de facto government of the system, not only protecting operations of subsidiary businesses, but also providing law enforcement and other necessary infrastructure for the planets' residents.

The company was integrated into Tion Hegemony in Year 18 on Day 318 and renamed to Tion Defense Division, serving as the government's 3rd Fleet.

In Year 21 the registered corporate structure that began as Permanent Solutions became the foundation for One Nation Under Jou.

• Year 16 Day 43: A new military force emerged today. Permanent Solutions is a Mercenaries group and will be led by Gredek Dregoth. The first headquarters of Permanent Solutions today opened in Moroa 4,1 (Aeranas).
• Year 16 Day 51: Today marked the ascendency of Permanent Solutions into Morabora, Moroa, Morta and Talasea politics, as they managed to secure their own candidates' legitimacy was respected by the planets' previous ruling powers long tied to Sienar Fleet Systems.
