Stephanie Barefoot (born Year -7 Day 301) is a politician and former Lady Hegemon of Tion Hegemony. As the leader of the Hegemony, Barefoot played a key role in the negotiations of cooperation with, and eventual integration of, Permanent Solutions. Barefoot was introduced to the leaders of the mercenary company through her relationship with Lilith Delcroix. Despite the Tionese government being separated by many galactic sectors from Morobe, Barefoot offered support and her expertise to further develop the system's infrastructure and economy; which earned her the company's trust and gratitude.
