Vigo Amaranalah "Nalah" Jou is a former member of Black Sun and the Family Council. For unknown reasons, Vigo Jou has been absent from the galaxy since early Year 12. However, her influence on Lilith Delcroix resulted in the creation of Church of Jou, the predominant religion of One Nation Under Jou. Despite being celebrated within the One Nation as a culturally important icon, and revered religiously by some, Vigo Jou remains a mysterious figure to those that have not known her personally.
