Distinguished Command Medal is awarded to One Nation's military personnel for displaying outstanding leadership and successful command during active operations. All ranks are eligible for this award, as long as they were in a leadership position.
Description
The medal is a circular shape of pale gold colour. The obverse bears the allegorical figure of faith and virtue, holding up a flaming torch, with the inscription 'Kingdom of Morobe and Vorsia Companion'. The medal is mounted to the ribbon by a clasp with the inscription 'One Nation Under Jou'. The ribbon is rectangular, made of blue, yellow and green coloured stripes.
