The Third Skylane is a tavern in Tor Aashrur, located between a warehouse and workers compound. Like most of the architecture in the city, the tavern is worn down by sands and has a shabby, rusty appearance. The bar is operated by a droid named BR-10-DR, who looks in no better condition than the rest of the tavern. The name of the tavern is a reference to the levels of repulsorlift traffic on the more prosperous planets in Morobe, where the third level is reserved for security, emergency and VIP vehicles.
