Rim Mining Guild was created in Year 14 by an independent entrepreneur Vesper Chambers. The company was taken over by Sabo Magus shortly after in the same year, and in Year 15 it was sold to Lord Blackrain. The company was under leadership of Ninian DeLayn and provided raw materials to Sienar Fleet Systems until it was dissolved on Day 332.
