'''Ninian DeLayn''' is a politician serving as the Custodian of the Crown Council of [[One Nation Under Jou]]. Her executive influence in the federal government is de facto second only to the monarch.

DeLayn is a former Rear Admiral of the Imperial Navy. She was the Commanding Officer of the 2nd Group, a subunit of the 2nd Imperial Fleet. DeLayn left Imperial service in [[Year 13]] and continued her naval career as the Commodore of [[Aurora Technologies]], and later [[Permanent Solutions]]. She was in charge of human resources initiatives and finances for the company. DeLayn is credited with being the pilot who discovered the [[Morobe]] system in [[Year 14]] and took part in the subsequent [[Operation Edelweiss]]. 

DeLayn was also involved with leadership of other companies affiliated with Permanent Solutions. She was the CEO of [[Rim Mining Guild]] in [[Year 15]] for nine months, and  in [[Year 16]] she was an interim CEO of [[Sienar Fleet Systems]]. When Permanent Solutions transitioned into [[Tion Hegemony]] in [[Year 18]], DeLayn continued to serve as a senior naval commander, she was Fleet Admiral of the 2nd Fleet. DeLayn left active military service when One Nation was established in [[Year 21]], taking up a political role in the new federal government.
